Good information. Software could be a bit better designed. It was a bit annoying to need to mouse up to the next module button in order to progress to the next module. Perhaps a pop-up would work?
It’s was great learning
This was a great training video and was easy to follow.
The course was straightforward and well-organized—each module covered everything I needed to succeed on the exam.
I thought the course was very thorough and I appreciated the repetition of the most important concepts throughout the entirety as it helped me better memorize those concepts.
very easy to assimilate
Never being in this trade before, I appreciated how well everything was explained and laid out. The added questions after each section was helpful too.
Summarized the key points of imprortant steps of becoming a food handling manager.
I found this course full of extensive and important information , easy to follow.
The course was easy to follow and learn. I enjoyed the review questions, ensuring I understood what I was learning.
I got all the info in a fraction of the time
Good course, well laid-out. It would be really nice to have an option to print the slides as a PDF for reference material to study with, or an equivalent accompanying material. I have worked in food service for many years and am aware of the information in the course, but it is always nice to have something to review or use as tools for training employees. Some of the controls for the modules might need a little bit of attention–they are fully functional as is, but it might be nice to be able to rewind the videos before having watched the whole thing for people like me who tend to take extensive notes, regardless of how previous knowledge.
I learned a lot from this and it was good review as well. I feel ready to open our food truck business confidently and know how to read and pass an inspection for the DOA.
