Official Rules
- Sponsor: AAA Food Handler
- Eligibility: Limited to US Only, Age 18+. Void where prohibited.
- Entry Periods: Monthly; entries received from 12:00 AM PT on the 1st through 11:59 PM PT on the last day of the month.
- How to Enter: Share AAA Food Handler badge or link on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or add a link on your website; then submit the URL via email to contests@aaafoodhandler.com. Limit one entry per platform per person per month.
- Prizes/ARV: One prize per platform per month. Actual Retail Value of each prize: $50. Prizes are non‑transferable; no substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion.
- Winner Selection: Random drawing from eligible entries received for each platform after each Monthly Entry Period. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
- Notification: Winners notified via email and posted on the Winners Page. If no response within 5 days, an alternate may be selected.
- Content Guidelines: Entries must be lawful, respect platform rules, and not misrepresent AAA Food Handler. Entries must be publicly viewable at time of verification to qualify.
- Rights: By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to reference your public post or website link in the winner announcements. By entering, you agree to the Official Rules and Privacy Policy.
- Privacy: Personal data is used to administer the giveaway per our Privacy Policy.
- General: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries and modify/suspend the promotion if fraud or technical failures impair integrity.
