The course was easy to follow and covered a lot of useful information about food safety. I learned about preventing contamination, proper food temperatures, handwashing, food allergies, and other important food-handling practices. Overall, I found the course informative and straightforward.

I loved using AAA! It was so easy to follow and not get bored while watching the modules. I liked that it even had parts would you interact with. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone that is looking to get their food handler card.
