There is no option to turn up the playback speed on these videos, making it take FOREVER to get through common sense material. You also cannot click to a certain spot in the video to review something. You have to restart the whole video and pause once you get to it. I seriously wish that I would have just Googled a few refresher things instead of paying for this course because it is practically no different from what you learn for a normal food certification card. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS COURSE. Just study normal food safety practices and take the test, the rest is common sense.

Thorough and had a lot of information pertaining to the food industry. However, there were some review sessions that told you a score and the rest did not. If that could get updated, it would be even better. Other than that, I did enjoy the course to its entirety.

Informative and clear!

This was a comprehensive course that was well thought-out and easy to follow. I enjoyed the quizzes at the end of each section and the ability to take a practice quize

I thought the training provided was easy to navigate and also understand. The information provided was thorough and gave me good guidance on steps required to properly protect our food establishment.

I felt test is long but informative

The audio didn’t work at all, not sure if its an error with the course or not but i had zero audio throughout the entire course so i was dependent on captions. Unfortunately, there are several modules without captions as well.

It was understandable

This course was informative and divided into small sections making it easy to follow. The material was clear and well organized covering important topics such as cross-contamination and proper temperature controls.

This was very informative and I know will set me up for success! Super easy to navigate as well.

Ive been taking the standard food handler card exam for 20 years now as a server and this is my first time as a manager needing this course. I found it really nice to learn WHY the rules are the way they are. It really helped me connect the dots. instead of just memorizing times and temps etc. now I understand the meaning of the rules and why they are in place. Helps tremendously! thank you for making the course as painless as possible!
