This course was very detailed and provided easy to understand visuals and imagery aides. I learned more in this course than I have so far in my degree for IT management. Simply because this is more organized, interesting, and has videos and visuals to guide you through the process. They have interactive portions throughout to ensure you understand. I enjoyed this course and will definitely refer it to others!

Bandwidth intensive

The course content was fine and clear, but the presentation method was very difficult because of the bandwidth. We have limited internet and this was far slower than streaming Netflix or YouTube. I couldn’t use the course on my computer at all and had to use my husbands computer, and even then it took several minutes for each of the million videos to load. I had to wait until my husband didn’t need his computer, and then I did work on my computer while running the. course on his, so that I wouldn’t be wasting so much time. That was a real pain. Still, I was able to complete the requirement and it was inexpensive, so, although painful, it did complete my goal eventually.
