Long but informative

Very easy to understand, if you retain it you can pass.
Was very informational and quick
easy to follow cool little interactions throughout
Very nice course.
I realized a few things I’ve usually done at home isn’t a good habit to bring to a food facility but will definitely change these habits at home too. There are some things I didn’t know about such as the difference in temperature and how bacteria can multiply easily due to time and temperature.
Great course covers some basic food safety concepts and most important simply explains food industry standards. Relevant and easy to understand.
