Definitely a fun, informative and interactive way to train people like myself with ADHD. I like the fact it is broken into sections and saved after each section for those, like myself, who are very tight in time day in and day out! This included understanding proper food temperatures, such as the correct cooking degrees for meats, as well as safe temperature guidelines for pastries and vegetables. I also learned about different safe thawing methods—like using a microwave or cold running water—and why leaving food out at room temperature for hours is unsafe. The training covered important hygiene practices, including proper handwashing, preventing cross-contamination, and maintaining clean workspaces. I also gained knowledge about food allergies and how to prevent allergic reactions by keeping ingredients separated and communicating clearly. Overall, the course emphasized consistently following safe food-handling procedures to protect both customers and coworkers.
