The course was really informative and its all need to know info
very good detail in what they were teaching
excelent material
This course was informative. I don’t understand why it is required for cottage law in IL, since it doesn’t cover cottage foods, but for restaurants, it is good.
I enjoyed the ease of the training and being able to replay the videos. One take away is the settings not being saved – example: turned on captions but for each video I needed to turn them back on.
It was very thorough and gave me all the information I needed. I would 100% recommend this course for anyone looking for the manager position in the food industry.
I like that I can go at my own pace. It’s very long but doable. Haven’t taken the test yet so I’m not sure how much I retained. Will soon find out. There was one question about Trichinella Parasites that came up in section 2 review that wasn’t discussed until section 3 about parasites so I got that wrong. That should be corrected.
It is okay, could have been more interactive visually.
While going through I was able to follow along, rewind as needed, and understand everything with ease. This course is very simple and preferable for those who have a busy life. I appreciate being able to stop or start the courses themselves whenever I please.
Very nice course. Thank you
I think the trading course is full of Correct information and explains in an easy way to understand
A lot of good information. I definitely knew more leaving then when I started the training. I only had issues with one module. The facilities module had no sound.
I felt the sessions were logical presented and contained all information needed,
This was a straight forward course and easy to follow along.
Learned a lot with this course. Did a lot of things I should’nt have been doing at home and at restaurant business. This course was everything I needed to know in a short period of time.
