I thoroughly enjoyed the AAA Food Handler course. To my surprise, I learned very important safety protocols and steps in handling food in any food setting. This course should be taught as earliest as a kid to adults at their level of understanding to educate, prevent & safely handle food. Safety should be a priority at any age when handling food.
