Lecture is boring because of the monotone voice from the robotic instructor. There’s no fast forward button, or go back button on the video player. I couldn’t go back to a specific point in the video, but having to replay the whole video to get to that point again.

I’m a new business owner going through the process that we all must go through in order to be in compliance with the law and good standing as a business owner. Yes it’s a lengthy process but once we have made it through, it does come with a sense of satisfaction. While the AI voice was a bit monotone and off-putting, this process of watching videos and taking tests in an online atmosphere makes more sense with my busy schedule. Good information and process. I will use this program to train my employees going forward.

this was a useful course but did not function correctly in firefox

I came into this course with minimal knowledge of the topic. I am leaving the course feeling confident in my knowledge and understanding of all the information provided, The course was broken down into short sections that kept my attention. The information was presented in an easy to understand way, with great explanations and examples for each topic. I will definitely be taking more of these courses in the future.

This course was able to efficiently disperse information based on what is needed to properly run a food business. It also helped me better understand reasons on why people get sick from food and how to prevent it.
