Completed within 30 days of employment
Renewed every three years
Accredited by ANSI (American National Standards Institute)

A restaurant is compliant if it meets one of the following:
Displays IDPH-approved signage in a visible location

I learned alot of new things about people being allergic to things and how to seperate and not be in contact with other foods. How well restaurants do there food allergens and sometimes they don’t have all the details in what the food all has in it. That some food has labels of it may contain this.
