Es de importancia relevante estar limpios y presentables.checar temperatura ,tiempo y PH de los alimentos para evitar que se multipliquen microorganismos y que los alimentos conserven su color y sabor los utensilios deben estar marcados rojo para la carne,azul para pezcados ,verde verduras y así evitar contaminación cruzada:en general aprendí mucho gracias
