Food Manager Reviews
4.9
I was able to work through this course rather quicky. I made sure to make note of points that were revisited. The periodic review sessions were helpful in helping me retain information. I feel prepared for the exam.
Me parecio muy interesante y se aprende muchisimo, el curso es muy claro.
informative
The training was very informative and definitely refreshed my knowledge. I would definitely recommend this training to someone who is interested in receiving training in food service.
the material was informative. I just wish there was an option to speed up the videos as it would have helped me stay focused and less distracted.
really fun experience
This course made it easy to follow, learn quick, and get done in a timely manner.
Very easy and straightforward
the course was very easy to understand and very detailed and provided a lot of information to become a food manager
I felt that this course covered everything I needed.
Training was pretty thorough. Kind of annoying at times having to keep hitting next module but I guess it’s good to keep it interactive. Aside from that it was a pretty good training program.
The coarse was was very easy to follow and informative. Will help me become an asset to any food facility.
I have completed multiple versions of a Food Manager certification course, and this one was the quickest and most efficient one so far. I was relieved to see no annoying, useless characters or cheesy videos to demonstrate common sense ideas, or deal with clunky, unedited language or bad UI that often results in unnecessary missed questions on quizzes or tests. This course was straight forward, easy to listen to, provided accurate captions, moved at a decent pace, and included relevant, real-world information about food safety and its application at work. My only complaint is that occasionally, the videos would not load until clicking the screen multiple times to “jog” it to load. I also wish I could review each lesson as a whole, without restarting a module, once it was initially completed– some sections had to be completely restarted because of how the section was formatted (for instance, if it had a pop quiz in the middle of the module). The section reviews stayed on topic and were relevant to the course material, and the course as a whole followed a logical pattern that built on each previous concept and didn’t jump around between topics too much. All in all, a great course to get the job done and walk away feeling informed. Thank you!
Highly recommended!!
I learned a lot. Very detailed information given.
