In Clark County, including Las Vegas, individuals must take an in-person test administered by the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) to obtain a Food Handler Safety Card. While cards accredited by the ANAB are generally accepted

As someone who’s taken this course before for a previous job, I wish there was a way to fast forward through this because most of it was common sense. I’ve also got a degree in biology and knew all about the pathogens and how they’re bad for you. Plus you CC button isn’t available for each slide and even if it is available, the captions aren’t that great.
