Very informative and easy to understand
This was pretty easy and it was way easier than the OSHA food handlers I completed it in two hours
As someone who’s taken this course before for a previous job, I wish there was a way to fast forward through this because most of it was common sense. I’ve also got a degree in biology and knew all about the pathogens and how they’re bad for you. Plus you CC button isn’t available for each slide and even if it is available, the captions aren’t that great.
Did a great job maintaining the tester entertained while learning about important stuff. The examples were clear and well-explained.
Some of the slides were too long than necessary
Great! Love it!
This certicate really helps you understand what it’s means to work at a restaurant and how to properly act with people in a restaurant
This course was straight-forward, very thorough and easy to understand. Though it took some time- you leave feeling well aware and informed of safe food procedures. Thank you AAA!
