Compared to other competitor systems and training simulators, this program was very informative and fun with intermediate breaks of light quiz type questions to keep you engaged and awake. Also, with a reasonable price point to enroll in the program it makes it possible for most people to obtain their certifications.
This course was very easy to navigate and pick up after taking a break. It clearly and effectively teaches proper food handling and proper techniques when handling food. It took me two days to complete but I could have easily finished it in one. Would recommend for anyone needing to take a food handling course.
