Long training, but they went over the training very clearly

June 13, 2026

I learned a lot. I went through the training little by little. I took lots of notes that I will review before taking the exam. The one thing I would change is that I wish I could go back to a section I want to go back to by sliding the progress bar back the first time it’s playing. I had to finish the video before I could go back to the section I wanted to.

Another thing I would change overall is that I wish they had trainings for vegan restaurants, and make establishments take this test if they decide to add animal products. I only handle vegan ingredients so this training could’ve been a lot shorter for my establishment.
