This is a very serious and course helps understand the many ways people are harmed or die by 4 types of contaminations and how to prevent them and know all ways to being safe around food. The consiquences of failure of food safety revokes or terminates buisnesses and employees which leads us to no job untill fit and standards are met, yes take it very serious and care for your life and others learn the steps take the first step to foodsafety and be happy.
