Know Before You Train
A Palm Beach County Food Manager Certification is a certification that demonstrates a food service manager has successfully completed a nationally recognized food safety program and passed a state-approved exam. Florida regulations require at least one Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) at each food establishment to ensure proper food handling, safety, and compliance with health standards.
This certification is achieved by passing an ANAB-accredited Food Protection Manager Exam and is valid for five years, confirming that managers have the expertise to maintain safe, sanitary, and compliant operations.
Food establishments throughout Palm Beach County—restaurants, cafés, catering services, school cafeterias, food trucks, and grocery stores—must have at least one certified manager on staff. Florida law mandates that a qualified manager be available to oversee operations involving unpackaged foods that are potentially hazardous.
Managers, head chefs, and owners are typically required to obtain certification, and larger establishments or those serving high-risk populations may need multiple certified managers present at all times.

The videos were very informative, lomg enough and very clear.
Sure, it wasn’t the best training of my life, but it wasn’t bad.
after tacking the classes, you realize how much you really did not know and all the hidden dangers in a kitchen . learning how care and safely serve people gives me more confidence in success everything has been easy and well explained.
Very easy training sessions that walk you through each module, and the tests in the middle are very helpful to prepare for the exam.
My overall review to the course is I like how they gave us mini quizzes while watching the video because I’m more of a hands-on learner so practicing my brain in between videos helped me. There was a lot to learn but I do feel like they put too much in module two of the module directory.
It is a great training and covered everything.
