This course has been very helpful in many ways. I thought I had a pretty good idea on guidelines for food, but I learned a lot more than I thought I would. These items are a good thing to know in your every day life.

Good trainging but took a lot longer to get through the modules that they told me when I purchased the program. After completing the training I would like a print copy of the information to review and make procedures for my restuarant.

I really enjoyed taking this course through AAA Food Handler. The course was easy to follow and understand, most of all it was easy to navigate online.

Interesting training on food/kitchen management. I will be supervising a parish kitchen where we bring in vendors and ministries to offer our parishioners and students food throughout the week. Some areas didn’t necessarily apply to our kitchen but overall very informative.

First time having train with AAA Food handler and I m not disappointed at all!

It works was cheap

1. After you receive the quiz results, it indicates to click “Next Session”; when at the top right it says “Next Module”.

2. Review Session 10, Question 7 could have two possible correct answers: B. “Must be 18 years of age to pour but not serve alcohol” and C. “Must be 21 years of age to pour and serve alcohol”. I chose C, so I am not sure if someone chose B, if it would also be correct.

The training appeared to be very comrehensive.

It was very interesting to know the differences between the two allergic reactions people can have. Also how to prep the food once people order it and how to handle an incident when it occurs.

I learned alot of new things about people being allergic to things and how to seperate and not be in contact with other foods. How well restaurants do there food allergens and sometimes they don’t have all the details in what the food all has in it. That some food has labels of it may contain this.
