This is the first time taking a CFPM course. There were visuals that went along with audio content, which were good. I appreciate the playback speed and subtitle settings.

Straightforward and easy to understand training, great visuals and subtitles were accurate.

Some sections could be combined, so the trainee doesn’t have to click on ‘Next Module’ so frequently. Each video has to be manually started.

Information with reference on alcohol should be share with more people. It kinds of knowledge can safe the life of person in general who has contact with the alcohol.

I enjoyed it but would have like some indication of percentage of progress of completion.

the audio was off and had to restart modules many times. some misused words “premise” instead of premises.. glitchy
