still, I like the videos when I got it to work.

I took this as a require food handler safety training in support of a cottage food operation registration. The course was fine, but it was clearly focused on professional operations, so a lot of the material (e.g. separate handwashing stations, three sinks, working with raw meat) was out of scope for a CFO. It would be helpful to have a course that is more specific to CFOs.

At the end of this test i was forced to write a review and I could not get my certificate until it was finished. Not cool.

this course is perfect for those in the food service industry. it is designed very well, and the information is conveyed clearly. this is perfect for any type of food service whether it be small food service or large capacity restaurant. The course is well put together easy to understand and fun.

This training was informative and easy to follow and understand. The descriptions and examples given throughout the training course were very clear. I liked that they described and showed different videos and scenarios to emphasize the importance and awareness of different allergies.

It was easy to use. The exam is not hard, as long as you understand the material.

This course was very modern and engaging! Before, I knew that food allergens were serious, but the course really instilled a call for action. I now have increased sensitivity and empathy for allergenic individuals.
