The best part of the course is that it doesn’t just teach you the rules, but the ‘why’ behind them. You learn that small actions, such as washing your hands correctly or keeping food out of the “Danger Zone”, have a direct impact on the health of the community.

I understand laws and info can be boring but there are ways to present in an interesting way. This was really difficult to get through, it was dry and boring. I usually don’t have any issues with stuff like this.
