Good course, well laid-out. It would be really nice to have an option to print the slides as a PDF for reference material to study with, or an equivalent accompanying material. I have worked in food service for many years and am aware of the information in the course, but it is always nice to have something to review or use as tools for training employees. Some of the controls for the modules might need a little bit of attention–they are fully functional as is, but it might be nice to be able to rewind the videos before having watched the whole thing for people like me who tend to take extensive notes, regardless of how previous knowledge.

I learned a lot from this and it was good review as well. I feel ready to open our food truck business confidently and know how to read and pass an inspection for the DOA.

This course was very informative a lot of stuff I knew from the food handlers, but a lot of information gained that I didn’t know so it was very helpful so excited cannot wait to take the exam now.

I love this course because it is easy to navigate, uses colorful images, easy to understand, and it has quizzes after each lesson. The quizzes makes it a better learning experience. I would recommend this course.
