Me gusto mucho esta clase ya que tiene mucha informacion en el proceso de manejar y cuidar de los alimentos y areas de trabajo. Fue facil de entender y dio muchos detalles para aprender.

It’s to long people don’t get engage enough . Horrible . Test must be active while watching the video . For 6$ is horrible

it would be nice if the trainer was a real person, not a robot

It is long, so keep your pencils and attention sharp. It goes into great detail in order to educate you on the importance of being safe with food management.

I recently completed this food safety course and found it incredibly enlightening and fun! It did a great job of breaking down the essential ways to stay safe while working around food. I feel much more confident in my ability to prevent cross-contamination and handle food properly so I don’t get others sick. This online course was thorough, completely covered topics and added stop pop questions that were fun and kept engagement to program which prepared me for Final Exam. Well planned and online narration was welcoming and non threatening but pressed the importance of proper food handling. Will share this course with emphasizes on ease of obtaining this information in course. Well done.

very effective but long

As someone who doesn’t test well, this program was the best option for me. The mini-lesson tests were incredibly helpful—they broke the material down into smaller, more manageable pieces and allowed me to learn at my own pace. I felt more confident and less overwhelmed, which made a big difference in my overall experience.

I understand laws and info can be boring but there are ways to present in an interesting way. This was really difficult to get through, it was dry and boring. I usually don’t have any issues with stuff like this.
