Every video was well put together, even if the AI voice had very small moments where a word or two were somewhat hard to understand.
Key learning points… hot and cold temp danger points. How to store foods in refrigerator. Proper ways to defrost frozen food.

I am so glad I went with this company for my food handlers cert. Not only is it accredited by my state, but it is also women and minority owned. I really like that I got to earn something important while supporting other women and minorities in the process. The course is very easy to understand and gave me the confidence to move forward.
The course was fast and easy to get through. There was a no-nonsense approach to the videos.

Simple easy to do online
It was cool to learn safe cooking, holding, and storage temperatures for different foods. Understanding the Danger Zone & how bacteria grow rapidly within it. Also how to use food thermometers correctly.
I believe this course was very educational. I rewatched numerous modules but the information easy to understand. Taking notes help to organize the information because it is face paced

This program was a necessary step for me in the progression towards owning a retail bakery business- and I am so happy I went with Triple A. This program was straight forward and made learning easy. I would highly encourage anyone looking to study for their food managers exam to look into it.
This was great but I want to recommend being able to rewind a video. When taking notes if someone misses something, they can’t just go back 10, 20, 30 seconds – they have to rewatch the whole video.
Excellent course, very clear and organized. I love the small quizzes after each module.

The course for RBS alcohol service was informative. Some of the questions on the review tests had mistakes that need to be review by company. Manageable and worth the time.
