The modules were broken up into small segments, which made it much more enjoyable and easier to follow along. Really appreciated the test questions at the end of each segment.

The information provided was important and helpful. My largest critique is the use of a computer generated narrator voice. It makes receiving information less engaging, and honestly, makes it a bit of a pain to get through the long training course.

This was a very straight forward and clear course. Highly recommend!

I took tons of notes because I didn’t know you’d give us the workbook at the end. I guess I didn’t need to take all these notes because that aspect of it was stressful to me, however, I’m glad I did because it makes retaining the information better. This information is very important and it’s great knowledge to have if you work in this business.
