It was good

All the videos were clear and precise. Most of it was common sense so it was easy to follow. The exam questions came from the videos, so you have to pay attention.

Good info and presentation, but the pages took too long to load (I ran a speed test and the result was that my internet was “fast”.) It was like 30 to 40 seconds before loading each little video, and there were a lot of them! All I could do was stare at a blank page. Used Edge.

I found the course very informative and very detailed beyond the common food bourne illnesses. Some of the latter modules began to overlap some of the information but I took it as positive reinforcement of the information..

Class was good, it would have been great to have some built in study notes for each chapter. I made my own, but would have been great if you highlighted the key takeaway’s from a lesson so we could study. Overall a very good class.

Some of the test reviews got the score % and total % upside down, but still acted correctly.
