Learned something new today. Fun and great training. I highly recommend this training course if you’re in the food industry or just cooking at home to help prevent your family and friends from getting sick. Also, as a food server it’s good to know and prevents the business from getting a Red card from the department of health and you lose money and customers.

The Food Manager Training offered by AAA Food Handler is, without a doubt, one of the best online training experiences I have ever had. The course was exceptionally well-structured, with detailed, engaging, and clearly explained topics. The training modules were comprehensive, highly informative, and easy to understand. I enjoyed every aspect of the training, as it opened my eyes to several food safety mistakes I had unknowingly made while cooking. One of the most fascinating discoveries was learning about the “food temperature danger zone” and how critical it is to preventing foodborne illnesses. Wow! What an incredible learning experience! This training has completely transformed my understanding of food safety and proper food handling practices. I highly recommend AAA Food Handler to anyone looking for a valuable, practicable, and enlightening food safety training experience.

Easy to understand course and an exam following what was discussed.

This is a Texas specific course, but when talking about administering epinephrine it says to look up local laws because rules change by state. If they don’t know Texas specific rules (or any Texas-specific information), then there isn’t much of a reason to state this is a Texas specific course.

Additionally, there weren’t captions available during the training video from a real restaurant.

The AI script was quite redundant and the images look a bit silly.

Otherwise the course is easy to follow.
