I am required to obtain a food handling certificate for a roadside farm stand and within 2 hours of knowing I needed this, I was able to complete the course with full understanding on how to keep my area, food, and other people safe, healthy and clean!

Course is informational and teaches all the basics of everything you need to know, but very very boring, uses an AI voice, and sometimes glitches out and doesn’t let you continue.

I really liked how straightforward and informative the food handler training was. It didn’t drag on or overwhelm with too much info — everything was clear and to the point. I finished it feeling confident about the safety guidelines and what’s expected in a food service environment. It was a smooth and easy process, and I’d definitely recommend it to others needing their certification.

This course is very interactive and provides a lot of detail. The presentation with proper images is a great tool for visual learners.

Little things may need corrected, mainly just wording things like using next section instead of next module. Things will look more professional if everything matches. Also, avoid asking review questions before the topic is actually covered. I found on multiple review questions, it was a topic not covered yet only to immediately be covered in the next module.

Great an easy course to follow and take notes. Closed captions are super helpful and important!

Thought the review course was easy to understand and to the point. I would have appreciated more examples and emphasis on the biological contaminants section of the review with more tips on how to remember the names of the pathogens.

My only negative comment is that navigation was not alway clear. Content was great

I have taken the serv safe program many times and I think the AAA program is very informative and user friendly. I am ready to take the final exam for sure.
