As per the title said, the process was comfortable. The AI voice was slightly jarring but hardly a problem. The informative videos were easy to watch and listen to, it told me I needed to know and nothing unnecessary more. The test itself was a little boring but as is all tests. The process was good, standard. There was nothing flashy or unnecessarily complicated, just a smooth process. Thank you.
