Compared to similar courses I’ve taken, this one is pretty easy and simple to understand, especially if your familar with food service questions. no problems.

Clear, well paced and important information

The course was well-structured and easy to follow. However, I find the testing requirements to be unnecessarily stringent. I am in the process of opening a coffee trailer, and the state of New Mexico requires that I obtain a manager’s license. A significant portion of the course material—approximately 90%—will not be applicable to my business operations.

I understand and support the need to complete the course; however, the requirement of an extensive proctored exam seems excessive. I have completed higher-level college examinations that did not require this extreme of proctoring.

I would suggest implementing shorter quizzes following each major topic, focusing on key information that must be retained. This approach would better accommodate individuals for whom not all course material is relevant while still ensuring comprehension of essential content.

This course has a lot of good informative and is worth your time. I often went through a section or module as they called it, two or three times to make sure I fully understood it.

A lot more succinct than previous exams. Some of the Question sections ask questions that hadn’t been covered by the material yet.

Overall this version of RBS training was decent but the lower production values could be distracting at times. Most notably, the AI voiceover uses weird inflection at several points and there are a few minor spelling and grammatical errors in the text as well.

This training was informative and easy to follow and understand. The descriptions and examples given throughout the training course were very clear. I liked that they described and showed different videos and scenarios to emphasize the importance and awareness of different allergies.

It was easy to use. The exam is not hard, as long as you understand the material.

This course was very modern and engaging! Before, I knew that food allergens were serious, but the course really instilled a call for action. I now have increased sensitivity and empathy for allergenic individuals.

*Some modules have problems with the caption option, but you can always restart and pause when you need to.
