Very informative with extensive knowledge of possible scenarios and great presentations, easy maneuvering of settings and audio play for module videos. In all it is a great program and course to take and I greatly recommend to others who are willing to learn and become a food manager!

The interesting part of the class was learning about food safety temperatures, especially the danger zone and proper hot and cold holding. The class also explained how easily cross-contamination happens and how simple actions like handwashing and proper storage can prevent foodborne illness. The real-life examples made the information easy to understand and remember, and it showed how important food safety is in everyday food handling.

The food manager course is well detailed, and covers every aspect of maintaining an healthy and safe food service business. It’s quite long though 😀

I think the content was great. It would like the pages to refresh faster. The classes seem to work better in Chrome than firefox. The refreshing was often pretty slow. I have gigabit internet and a fast computer.

It started with good statistics of how poor communication & food service can create an emergency for someone with food allergens.
