Course was easy and simple

Simple easy to follow. I gave it a 4 because I wanted to customize to my pace of comprehension. I hated feeling like a 1rst grade student having to follow along while the teacher read aloud. Would of loved to have it faster and have auto play function. Unlock all sections from the start don’t make me have a time minimum for each section. No interactive time waste hover over this icon for more details.

The training course was very informative and I enjoyed that I was able to come back to it easily on my own schedule.

Other programs were more expensive, so I was a little hesitant to go with a cheaper one, but glad I did!

the training was quick and easy it was relatable to my job so it kept me interested the whole time

This course emphasizes the importance of some people’s allergies to some foods. It safety before during and after the meal is served. also, steps to be taken when an accidental allergen is ingested by a customer.

The course covered all the essentials—how to identify common allergens, the symptoms of allergic reactions, and best practices for preventing cross-contact in a kitchen setting.

Love the app can go back and finish with enough time! It’s starts off where you left off from when logging in and out of app.

Learned info to help prevent cross contact and the importance of protecting customer trust through proper communication from all staff

It was interesting and I learned a lot of new information that I needed to know. Very helpful.
