The test was hard and easy at the same time each question was a different leval

This course was very thorough and presented the information clearly. I take one star off for production value- the voice over was mechanical and the presentation of the narrator was not engaging. However, that does not necessarily affect the effectiveness of the course.

This was a fantastic refresher on food handling safety!

It was a long process but very interesting learn about new ways to handle the food that are safe to consume them.

The food handlers course was easy going, simple and easy to get through. The information was straightforward with plenty of time for both video and exam.

I learned many things I needed to know about food industry.

Especially the importance of having clean hygiene & procedures.

In order to keep safe food for everyone.

It was interesting I loved the updating of things to Me Looking forward to My Friend to do well too

I’m using this course to be certified for a food booth I’m starting soon. I really enjoyed how clear and easy to understand the videos were and I liked being able to test my knowledge at the end of each session. I feel I have some valuable information to pass on to anyone I work with and a basic understanding of how to share it too.

They were all videos which helped me more than reading paragraphs would have. its more visual and I was able to replay a module to watch over if needed. definitely would recommend.

I understand laws and info can be boring but there are ways to present in an interesting way. This was really difficult to get through, it was dry and boring. I usually don’t have any issues with stuff like this.
