I thought this was a great overview with additional details describing how to keep a safe environment for food, employees and customers. I enjoyed that part of the training was interactive and kept my attention.

Yes, as tedious as safety training is, it is important and necessary. This session is to the point and fast enough paced to get you refreshed and updated even when you have been doing this stuff for years. Worth the time and money, thank you.

Overall, a good training. Wish the captions were automatic once turned on instead of having to click it every single time.

Videos help make you understand with ease and the follow up questions help you really read the question before answering
