Interesting course. Easy to follow. The information was basic but everything you need to know to work in the food industry.

Well, I did not know what to expect but the training course was easy to understand and very informative. The multiple choice questions on the test help me to get to the right answers fast.

Growing up we were taught to prepare and store foods because our mom told us to. Now I know why for sure why there are certain requirements

Everything is great except that there are some times where you think that you are done with a module but then find out you aren’t, you end up having to rewatch the entire module

the fact that this test is now required for all alcohol servers regardless if you’re only serving beer and wine in California should be free. These companies should not be gaining profits for something that is required.
