If you’re not completely satisfied with your experience, let us know — and we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies if:

  • You experience technical difficulties that prevent you from completing the course.
  • Your certificate is not accepted by your local/state health department (and our website stated it would be).
  • You contact us within 30 days of purchase and before completing more than 25% of the course.

How to Request Support or a Refund

To request a refund or express a concern:

  1. Email us at support@aaafoodhandler.com with:
  • Your full name and order number.
  • A brief explanation of your issue or concern.
  1. Our support team will respond within 1 business day and work with you to resolve the issue — including issuing a refund if appropriate.

Exclusions

Refunds are not issued if any of these apply:

  • The course has been completed and a certificate has been issued.
  • The course is more than 25% completed.
  • The exam attempt has been started.
  • The exam attempt has been failed.
  • The request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
  • The issue is due to incorrect personal information entered by the user.
