I can never sit through a course of any kind, but this one didn’t have long areas at a time which made it easier mentally for me. I am not a big fan of taking tests. I was pleased with the easy transitions.

I was very slow and I wish there was an option to take the text exam after each quarter.

Good information that is presented in an easy to understand way

Appreciated the detailed, informative nature of this training. My colleagues and I would appreciate an option to slow the video speaker’s speech rate as we often had to re-watch videos several times to glean information. Thanks again!
