Very please with the course. Each chapter was well detailed.

A very productive course, a well designed detailed modules, easily explained and each module has covered every single minute detail. Such courses are a positive contribution to keep the community safe and healthy.

It definitely took a little time but a going through a refresher course is always a positive thing!

The modules had me bored to tears with highly repetitive and redundant information. The functionality of the course was clunky, corny, slow-loading, and glitchy. The closed captions didn’t work either, which made it difficult as I don’t have the ability to hear things coming from my computer very well.

Overall, I’m disappointed I lost 8 hours of my life I wont be able to get back to take this class, but I am happy it is finally over.

Very long and comprehensive

I bought dianmond package, but after I finished training, I can not click Start Exam.

The course is pretty good except sometimes after playing the module slides I would like to go back and check some information, but it only allowed me to replay it all over again which wasted some time. For some modules allow me to turn on subtitles but some don’t

It’s great to be able to do it online, at your own pace! As a restaurant owner/operator, time is valuable, and we can’t leave our establishment to attend a physical class…AAA is perfect!

This course only related to my general store work based on providing hard pack ice. We do not serve any other foods that require cooking or that are fresh. Although I can uncertain why I wa required to take this course, it was informative.

I thought the course was well organized. I liked the brief sections that made it easy to stop and start as needed.
