Through this course I learned how to properly handle food with the correct temperatures, safety, and times. I learned about safety both in and out of the shop.

Overall it was good. The only thing I wish was that you could stop/start where you left off each time rather than having to watch the whole module over again.

Easy, fast and affordable.

Well designed Food Manager Course, full of useful information, straight forward use of the course manual.

Easy to navigate and you can learn at your own pace. There a many modules, but they are short which allows you to easily understand and retain information.

I like how there was video and it wasn’t just reading. It was a good pace. I also liked how there was a review for each section. I just wish I knew my total score with the reviews.
