A lot of the course explains common knowledge and practices in the food industry. But it’s always good to refresh your knowledge.

Some of the information can be repetitive, but they ensure you know everything to be successful!

A few times during the course, information in the end-module quiz referenced information that hadn’t been covered yet or wasn’t covered at all during the course. Additionally, at the end of the course, I was required to complete all of the ‘optional’ practice exams to access the final exam information, making them obviously not optional. Not a huge issue, and the overall course was fairly well presented and easy to understand.
