very informative and feel more prepared for my test, i will say the voice over made it a little hard to retain some of the information

Thorough training that covers lots of important details of managing a food service establishment. Some details that felt small in the videos would come up as quiz questions and sometimes made it difficult to distinguish what was the most important information while learning lots of fast facts.
