Easy to follow

I honestly thought this would be very painful to go through. I was very much mistaken as it opened my eyes to many different procedures that not only do restaurants need to follow, yet we also need to implement in our everyday lives at home to prevent the spread of disease.

I thoroughly enjoyed what my eyes were opened to and found it professionally & highly informative.

enjoyed the training. easy to follow instructions and provided through information. my reserves are with last sections (8 and therefore after) of the module had many parts where it was nothing being said but the video was still playing. several minutes of this. could be cut down or reduce to not cause confusion.

I have been on the computer for 7 hours. Between the multiple phone calls and it issues, I was completely overwhelmed and by the time I got to take the test I had been in tears. A lot of what was on the test was not on the practice course. Waste of money. I now have to redo the course and retake the test.
