I have been on the computer for 7 hours. Between the multiple phone calls and it issues, I was completely overwhelmed and by the time I got to take the test I had been in tears. A lot of what was on the test was not on the practice course. Waste of money. I now have to redo the course and retake the test.

The contents of teaching of AAA is very effective and clear. The only flaw is that the video progress bar drag functionality is not working sometimes. English as my second language, sometimes when I finished a course, I wanted to go back to check the meaning of a word, I had to watch the course from the begining. Other than this flaw, everything is wonderful. Courses are cutted into short videos, which makes it very easy to study even I do not have a lot time at cumputer.

I appreciated the way the material was presented visually with review questions throughout.

This course was a complete and simple presentation of what is needed to be food handler certified.

Great source of knowledge

While I find the courses interactive enough and really like the mini quizzes. The course is not user friendly. For example: It doesn’t give a short rewind option, the only way to rewind a course must be done from the beginning. I also wish that there is an option jump onto a section within a topic. I wanted to go back to certain page of trainings and I wasn’t able to do so.

This training course is simply the best. Many people should take this program because it’ll make their jobs easier and enjoyable. I couldn’t help watching every lesson over and over again.
