Very Clear simple and to the pint, lots of good information and knowledge that will help me be a better food manager

The course was quick and easy to follow

I loved that it highlighted important details without too much information and repeated extremely important details throughout all sections. Some of the review questions were ahead of some lecture topics so i would suggest putting the section review at the end of each section instead of the middle.

I thought it was very helpful.

Was simple to follow along, gives you time to go back and relisten to modules. Only thing I would change is being able to back track during module and not have to wait until the end to find information you missed or needed more time to note.
