I thought the course broke down all of the different subjects very well and went into detail as to why each course was important to food safety.

Takes a long time to complete but it was informative.

The course was easy to follow through. However, it didn’t prepare me enough for the exam. I felt like the exam questions differed from what I’d been studying.
