It is fun how the videos are interactive and all the list it makes make it easier to remember what you need to.

Very simple to follow, but questions on test were only verbal and had no picture representation. would have liked to be able to review back.

Program is informative and well-priced, however I have a few critiques. The biggest one is that not everything in the test was covered in the videos. Specifically about drinking with a straw, but there were other questions. The site is also a little buggy, although the website is well-designed, there is probably just a need for a few updates. Also, in the beginning of the test there is a screen with instructions that are outdated. Lastly, some of the stock images used in the video were a little white-washed and lacking diversity. I’m thinking specifically of this image of four white people and a tokenized black woman in the middle that doesn’t seem to match the values of a woman-owned and minority-owned business.

All that to say, the robotic health inspector was very informative and I feel prepared to handle food.

I liked the way the questions were set up
