Your style of learning will vary but you can take your time and go over the material carefully. I suggest you hang on to your notes (unless you are a genius) to review before job interviews. This knowledge can impress. After working in clinical and food service for 20 years I can tell you that the basics don’t change much. Good value for the money.

This training was very informative and easy to understand.
