Confusing , slow, kept Disappearing from my screen- often froze so I had to keep going back to listen multiple times praying that it would advance to the next section. Not straight forward or clear at all. I will go out of my way to tell other servers NOT to use your training course. I would give no stars if I could. You should refund my money for this miserable experience

While the finishing page is true, “Mandatory training is never fun,” I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of this course. I had been through something similar for my food handler’s license, but I recall that course being really awful (lots of mock conversations between a new employee and her new manager in the style of “Dick and Jane”: see Spot run! Run Spot, run!), but this RBS Alcohol training was both informative and concise! I learned quite a lot about the more technical aspects of the laws surrounding alcohol service, as well as good recommendations to improve my future interactions with customers. Five stars!

Good Course
This comprehensive food safety manager training was a great overall experience. The modules made the learning process easy and manageable. Being able to take breaks and resume the lessons added schedule flexibility as well.
Easy and painless training. This was a good length training that got straight to the point. Made this whole process of obtaining this license more enjoyable.
Training was informative and set up well, but website was slow to load or wouldn’t load many times. Hoping I can get it to load well for final exam.
The course was very easy to understand. If I felt like I missed something in the module I was able to re-watch it. The review questions pertained to the exact module.

This course was great, thorough, and easy to follow and understand the different concepts that have to do with food safety and being able to manage a food establishment.
This course was actually fun! I loved the fact there was interaction while learning! I would recommend anyone looking to become a food Manager to highly consider this course!!
The course was long but easy to follow
Very informative
I love how each videos are averaged of 1.5 min or less. Helped me get through the course really fast. I watched all the videos straight, non-stop, and was able to finish it in less than 4 hours. I remembered going through another company, and it took me days to finish because of long videos. Waste of time.
One more thing, you can take the exam IMMEDIATELY, and ANYTIME OF THE DAY (24/7). Holy S***! That is AMAZING!!! This site is made to accomodate Managers and Business Owners, because our time is extremely limited.
