I really enjoyed this videos you can understand them really well but they also go into detail on each video which helps people learn in my opinion.

Having been in food service before, I found this all to be very common sense, simple stuff. This course makes it easy to work through modules at your own pace and does a good job of reviewing each section.

User-friendly course and straightforward. I like how it saves your progress and you can pick up where you left off at a later date and time. I only wish you could rewind and fast-forward through videos you’ve already completed to make reviewing easier.

I have a food and beverage degree and learned all of this in college 30 years ago. But having been so long, and not working in the food service industry for many years, I had to take this to be brought up to speed. The course is great because it takes you on a path that reinforces what you learn along the way. I was very happy with the course and the fact that a lot of the information came back to me as a result.
