I really liked this course. Simple and straightforward.

Although this course did feel quite long at times, it foes an amazing job at ensuring everything a food manager must know is explained in thoroughly. I especially enjoyed how at the end of each of the sections, there would be a quiz to review everything that was taught.

I enjoyed this course. Everything was easy to understand. I like how sometimes there were little quizzes randomly in some sections. some things that I still struggle with are the different temperatures for different foods—other than that everything is very straightforward.

I love that I have been able to take my time to learn all the modules and that after I complete a module I can go back and review! The lessons are in a simple and informative format for even un experienced learners in the food industry (like me) can grasp clearly.

I enjoyed the course it prepared me more than ever when it came time to open my restaurant and help my employees gain more knowledge!

The voice was obviously robotic but it was clear. Easy to follow slides

I liked to videos – very comprehensive and good flow of information.

Though I do not recommend you watch the videos while you eat, they are very educational and helpful in learning what you need to know to run a food establishment correctly.
